A bit about Hafsa F

Current medical student at KCL with a strong academic background in GCSE/A-levels (A*-A) and also scoring the top 10th percentile in my medical admissions tests. I have years of tutoring experience in person and online so I feel confident in delivering effective lessons. Please note that I may not always be able to accept introduction requests for the same day so please message me so we can work out a time :) I specialise in all GCSE subjects listed due to preforming very well in all of my subjects. I also focus on A-level Biology and Chemistry and I am UCAT tutor. I am able to produce regular lessons, crash courses or one off lessons targeting any specific areas of weakness. Having sat the new spec GCSES and A-levels myself and achieving top grades, I am familiar with the exam layout. As a result, I feel qualified to teach to the highest levels and share the best tips I learned along the way. I tend to start off by asking my students how they're finding school and what they areas they're struggling in.I start with some exam questions to identify strengths and weaknesses. From there, I will deliver tailored lessons to what topics my students struggle with. This consists of reviewing content and making sure you're able to understand what we cover. We will then go over quizes and more questions to further consolidate learning. I also make up my own questions tailored towards students weaknesses which you can't find anywhere else, I find helps deepen my students knowledge and understanding with specifics they couldn't grasp initially. Despite being new to Sherpa, I started tutoring around 3-4 years ago. I have delivered lessons in person and online. I have worked within my own high school and taught students of up to 30 students in a class. In addition to this, I currently work alongside schools from disadvantaged areas within London specialising in 1-1 in person and online tuition. It slightly varies with each individuals needs so not every lesson is delivered the same. However, it usually consists of a combination of exam style questions, helping you understand the more difficult content and actively revising our learning. One aspect I do keep the same is trying my best to keep my lessons engaging so students are able to take in more information.
