A bit about Komal M

Hi! I'm an experienced Tutor and happy to work with all abilities. I can help you to push to get the best grade you deserve, particularly students striving for an A* in Maths and Further Maths, through revision tips and in depth learning of content. We can work together to find your perfect learning style and go from there :) This is a vital step and is often the reason students narrowly miss the higher grades. I have experience teaching the latest AQA A-level curriculum in Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I also have assisted students in personal statement writing through checking drafts and giving detailed feedback. A bit about me! - I am a recent Chemical Engineering Graduate from Imperial College London, and love teaching! During lockdown I have been teaching English to underprivileged students from India over zoom, as well as teaching some of the older generation basic computing/mobile phone skills. I am currently on a year out before starting my job at a Management Consultancy firm next year - so I'm available most days & times :) I have a few students at the moment, and I'm looking to take on a couple more students. I look forward to helping you to excel in you learning! Maths & Sciences I have been tutoring for the past 3 years I adapt depending on the needs of the student, and their learning style. The two most common ways are through in depth understanding of each topic, so a lesson style. And the other is revision based, going through banks of questions, step by step. I love teaching! As well as encouraging and helping students to improve their grades as well as their learning technique for the long term.
