A bit about Pranav K

I am a third-year Medicine undergraduate at the University of Southampton. My school years fuelled a strong passion for Maths, Biology, and Chemistry, leading me to achieve top grades in these subjects. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, playing badminton, and learning a new language. When I'm not outdoors or studying, you'll find me engrossed in a good movie. I began tutoring in 2020 when the shift to online learning became necessary due to the pandemic. I discovered a genuine passion for it, finding great joy and satisfaction in knowing I could positively impact a student's education. Since then, I have continued to support students' learning in various capacities and am eager to keep making a meaningful difference in their educational journeys. My lessons are student-driven, meaning each session is tailored to meet their specific needs and goals. A taster session will be utilised to get acquainted with my students, discuss their objectives, and plan how we can achieve them together. With a strong background in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry at all school levels, I understand the challenges students face and believe we can collaborate effectively to overcome them. From my own experience, consistently testing knowledge as it is learned is crucial. Therefore, I guide my students through relevant exam-style questions by topic. If they encounter any difficulties, I provide easy-to-follow, systematic solutions to help them overcome these challenges. I am currently looking to teach KS3 and KS4 students (Years 7 to 11) in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry. The exam board for Maths is Edexcel, while for Biology and Chemistry it is AQA.
