A bit about Amelia W

Hello - I am Amelia and I have a BA Hons in Social Policy and Criminology. My A-levels were Geography, Law and Sociology. I have worked for the last 5 years in education and prison establishments supporting offenders and their families. I am currently completing a Social Work Masters giving me up to date understanding to be able to support you - GCSE : Geography and Sociology - A Level Law: understanding case law and ways to remember I plan my lessons to make sure they consolidate learning, key areas of weakness are improved and in a way the student learns best. I am really flexible and whatever will help students to learn I happy to support with I started tutoring when I was in sixth form, with students completing GCSE sociology who were struggling I love teaching law and sociology because of beliefs, thoughts and values. It is important to learn how society plays a part in all of us, and how religion can impact behaviours. Geography blends brilliantly into these subjects to be able to understand cultures and traditions in different places
