I specialise in GCSE Chemistry, Biology, and Physics, providing personalized and engaging lessons. With years of experience and a BSc in Chemistry, I help students achieve their target grades and build a strong foundation in science for future success. Let's make learning science fun and effective! I love simplifying complex concepts and making them easy to understand, turning what seems overwhelming into a step-by-step process. Explaining scientific methods and relating them to my own lab experiences during my studies adds depth to the learning. I also enjoy connecting scientific theories to real-life examples, making the subject more relatable and engaging for my students. Seeing their eyes light up with understanding and watching them achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding. I first started tutoring when I was in my first year of University. I was studying Chemistry so I thought why not tutor as a side hustle. Thankfully I ended up enjoying it. I usually have a topic prepared and we start by discussing what the students already knows and his understanding. Then I explain key concepts and wording whilst doing small exercise questions with my student which takes the bulk of the lesson. We move on to solving exam style questions followed by a summary of the topic. My teaching style is adaptable and student-centered. I tailor my lessons to each individual student by first understanding their unique learning style—whether they are Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, or Kinaesthetic learners. I simplify complex concepts into step-by-step processes, relate scientific theories to real-life examples, and draw from my own lab experiences to make the material engaging and relatable. By personalizing my approach, I ensure that each student grasps the subject matter effectively and gains confidence in their abilities. Outside of teaching, I have a strong passion for combat sports such as MMA, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing. I actively train in wrestling, boxing, and Muay Thai, as I believe these sports instill discipline and confidence, nurturing a strong mind and body. I also have a keen interest in world history and enjoy reading about how historical events shape our daily lives and cultures. While I love watching cooking videos, I must admit that I rarely cook myself. Additionally, I enjoy watching and playing football regularly and spending time with friends.
