A bit about Anisah F

I am fully qualified science teacher and a current AQA GCSE examiner. I teach AQA Combined and Triple Science, but I am familiar with Edexcel. I first started as a tutor and then completed my teacher training and began teaching in secondary schools. I have taught Combined science, Triple science and A-levels to all abilities and SEN students. I also mark for the Higher tier GCSE Triple Science Physics paper. I have helped my students achieve their individual target goals and place high expectations that I know my students can aspire to. I regularly help disadvantaged students too, if you require any support book in for a chat, I am more than happy to help. I am a patient and friendly teacher. I allow my students to ask questions as I believe this leads to a deeper understanding. I want my students to achieve their goals so I will endeavour to make the lessons as relaxed as possible. I know that many students struggle, as GCSE Combined/ Triple Science does have a lot of content, but I am here to help. I am also a current GCSE examiner, which means that I will ensure my students know the exam skills needed to achieve their potential. In school I have taught KS3-KS5 for 8 years now. I have taught 11-18 years olds science including Triple/ Combined science, as well as KS5 Biology and Chemistry. Currently I teach in a large secondary school in the North west. I teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics both to foundation and higher tiers. I am currently an AQA examiner marking the higher tier in GCSE physics, but I have taught Edexcel, OCR and AQA.
