A bit about Abdul S

I have over 3 years of 121 tutoring experience from primary to A level teaching English, Maths and the 3 Sciences, across multiple exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel. I am currently a 2nd year Optometry student who has a great passion for learning and teaching others! Since I have extensive experience teaching a variety of students with different subjects and levels, I believe my greatest skill is being able to adapt to my students needs and get the results that they want. I like to approach my lessons with each student like a tailor made suit. When we begin to work together I like to ask as many questions as possible about the student's preferences when it comes to learning. This helps me curate the lesson to meet each students individual needs and ensure that we make good use of our time to effectively produce the results needed and achieve the goals we set out. I have A and A* Grades in my GCSE exams and all A's in my A level exams. I am currently at university studying Optometry, which aligns with my passion to help others. These grades and qualifications give me a great foundation and the confidence that I have the ability to help any student improve their grades and achieve their goals. I have the ability to teach all subjects across the board that i have studied myself to any year group and for preparation for any exam board. My main focus is and skill is to help my students engage with lessons and find them fun in a friendly, relaxed and safe environment whilst also helping them work towards achieving their goals.
