A bit about Amy C

I’m a qualified secondary English teacher and an examiner: I have experience teaching both KS3 and KS4. I am passionate about the subject which I teach and work hard to ensure my tutoring sessions are enjoyable. I am now taking bookings for half term. I have an English Language degree so I probably should say English Language; however, my passion is literature- especially poetry! First I will liaise with the pupil to find out what their needs are and then plan around them. Spring 2020. I am also a full time teacher. There is generally no correct answer, so I love hearing different ideas and looking at topics from different points of view. I also love the organic discussions which often develop in English.
