A bit about Andrew Y

I teach Science to GCSE Level and, Chemistry and Biology to A Level. I have a degree in Biology from Manchester Metropolitan University and a PGCE from Liverpool John Moores University. I have worked in the science industry prior to teaching for 8 years.

I specialise in Science to GCSE particularly Biology and Chemistry and, teach Chemistry and Biology to A Level.

I tailor my lessons to the needs of my students. I begin with a starter introducing what will be covered. I like to expand on the lesson content with applications to reinforce learning and then finish with a plenary. I also offer lessons consisting of exam questions by subject which I find helpful to reinforce current learning and, full papers near to the exam.
