A bit about Clare B

Born on the Yorkshire coast, I studied languages and social science at Durham and Oxford Universities. I have worked all my life teaching English writing skills at all levels up to and including postgraduate. I was Language Curriculum Co-ordinator at the Prague British School, Lektor in English at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Theory of Knowledge & Extended Essays in the IB system; essay and dissertation mentoring, academic English writing skills at all levels. I have been tutoring almost forever! Since early adulthood, for sure. It's my thing. My tutoring often includes a hefty dose of mentoring.
