A bit about Shona W

I live in the United Kingdom. I am a self employed English teacher teaching English to various age groups and nationalities. I have worked as a class teacher in primary schools in England. I've worked for a language institute in India where I taught English to various nationalities. I am dedicated to assisting my students to improve their English to a high standard. I specialise in online teaching of English to students abroad. I teach English grammar, vocabulary, phrases and expressions, pronunciation, reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. I coach students to pass IELTS and TOEIC qualifications. I assist in Business English or general English conversation for travel or relocating overseas. I usually teach a variety of activities within a sixty minute lesson. I include a grammatical topic, conversation practice, vocabulary study, phrases and expressions, and a reading exercise. I first started private tutoring in 2010. Prior to this I worked in primary school classrooms. I have taught numerous students on a one to one basis using Skype.
