A bit about Carole L

I started teaching Primary children in an inner-city London school, then decided to switch to teaching Psychology and Sociology at a busy Further Education College. Since then I have worked in sixth forms, international schools and boarding schools. So far, I've enjoyed each job. I am most familiar with AQA A level Psychology. I have also taught Edexcel and IB A level Psychology. I have also worked regularly as an AQA team leader and examiner since 2003. I always begin by finding out what suits my students best. I am flexible and have tutored in a variety of ways ranging from focusing on essay structure, content, discussions and questions and answers. I have tutored for five years and enjoy the variety and the challenge of helping different people. I have tutored international students, students who are struggling and even students who are reluctant and have been asked to be tutored by their parents, plus the ones who "get it" but just need a confidence boost.
