I am a passionate and experienced Science and Psychology teacher. My A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry & History allowed me to go to the University of Nottingham. I graduated in 2018 and achieved a BSc in Psychology with Cognitive Neuroscience at The University of Nottingham. This was followed by a PGDE at the esteemed UCL Institute of Education, ranked first in the world for education. I attained Qualified Teacher Status from a North London school that is in the top 10% of schools nationwide for academic improvement, with a progress 8 score of +0.60. Having read Psychology for my undergraduate degree, I am well equipped to teach A-Level (AQA & OCR) to a high standard, aligning with the higher-order thinking and analysis required at this level and beyond. As a science teacher, I taught ages 11-16 years old with a range of abilities. I have expert knowledge in all three Sciences up to GCSE at foundation, higher, and triple science level (AQA, OCR & Edexcel). My 4 GCSE classes have achieved significant progress, with even bottom sets improving by 2 grades in their results.
Combine & Triple Science GCSE & iGCSE Edexcel, AQA, OCR Psychology A Level AQA & OCR
My hobbies include singing, songwriting and poetry, all of which I passionately pursue in church. However, most important to me is continued learning! With a range of passions in sociology and religion, I am also embarking on Masters in Theology at King's College London.
