A bit about Mohammed A

I qualified with a degree in primary education with QTS and have since been working as a teacher and tutor for agencies across the West Midlands. I have experience working with children in both KS1 & KS2. My pedagogy for teaching is that all students are unique and therefore learning styles and approaches should be catered towards their needs. I pride myself of the academic achievement of my students and the ability to make classroom learning applicable to a real world context. I believe all students can benefit from a supportive environment for learning and having a growth mindset of achievement will help them achieve greatness. I believe that cross-curricular links between subjects is important because it allows students to develop a greater understanding of the world around them. Teaching a range of subjects within the primary curriculum allows me to engage learners and create a stimulating environment for learning. Overall my experience of working in large classrooms and 1to1 support sessions has allowed me to target my interventions according to child needs and interests.
