A bit about Tom H

I have taught English for eight years at GCSE, A-LEVEL and in ESL. In addition I have done private tutoring with students of all ages. Prior to becoming a teacher I completed a PGCE, English degree and CELTA qualification. In my spare time I enjoy music, sports and films :) I specialise in GCSE and ESL teaching, but am equally comfortable in other English teaching disciplines I have a dynamic approach that incorporates different techniques. I use technology for exercises, quizzes and word games as well as more traditional methods to develop reading, writing and analysis. 8 years ago I feel privileged to be able to make a living doing something that I am passionate about, as I have always been interested in literature of all kinds
