A bit about Monica

Kind and approachable - I want my students to feel comfortable with how I teach so they feel confident enough to try answering questions and engage with my teaching. I'd like to get to know your strengths and learning preferences so I can best support your learning needs. Seeing my students learn! That lightbulb moment where something they had previously struggled with now suddenly makes so much more sense! Especially with GCSE and A-Level Chemistry - many students can be put off by how challenging some of the topics are - it's my goal to make the subject seem so much more accessible to all my students! I have the most experience teaching the AQA Combined Science (Synergy and Trilogy), AQA Triple Science and AQA A-Level Chemistry. However, I am able to teach to the OCR or Edexcel syllabus too. I have taught students from Year 7 to Year 13, so have no problems teaching any ages between 11 and 18.
