I am a dedicated teacher and tutor who seeks always seeks to ignite a passionate love of English in my tutees. I have a Joint Honours degree in English Literature, Language and Philosophy. I also have a PGCE qualification and a CELTA certificate. I have taught in private and state schools for over 20 years and have frequently tutored during that time with excellent results. Additionally, I have several years experience as an AQA examiner and have marked GCSEs for all the exam papers in Language and Literature. As a tutor who understands exactly what is required on the exam papers, I am able to break down the required skills for my tutees enabling them to make the best possible progress.
