A bit about Monika B

I am a CELTA qualified language teacher. I have Master of Education (Applied Linguistics).I also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Language and Literature. I possess well-organisation, communication, listening, and understanding skills. I am patient, and I developed resilience when working with different types of students. I have been in education for 14 years. I had worked as an EFL teacher for over six years in Poland before I moved to England where I live permanently. I have been teaching EFL in a classroom and online to children, juniors, and adults with a wide range of skill levels to refine the reading and communicating skills of students. Designed effective learning activities for students to test their comprehension of subject matter. Delivered engaging and fun activities while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of students’ language. Reported constructive learning progress to students and parents. I like to adapt my teaching style to an individual student's needs. All students are individuals, everyone learns in their unique ways. I use multiple methods of teaching (linguistic, visual, auditory, kinesthetic) to reach students so that no one is left behind. In my free time, I love learning about other cultures, reading, cycling and hiking.
