Chemistry masters graduate with 7 years experience of teaching
You can book a free 20 minute, no-commitment introduction with any of our tutors. How does this work?
I hold a masters degree in chemistry from Newcastle University. I love teaching and travelling and have taught science to students from many different backgrounds. When I am not teaching, I enjoy paddle boarding and running.
I am a science tutor with a specialism in chemistry. I can teach all three sciences (physics, chemistry and biology) to GCSE and chemistry at A-Level.
I make sure the I conduct student focused lessons. Each lesson we have a focus, but as every student is different we go at the pace of the student, we can take our time on a topic if needed or if my student feels confident, then I can easily adapt the lesson to extend their learning to cement a deep understanding of the topic.
I started tutoring 9 years ago. Though I have only been qualified to teach for 7 years, it was tutoring that gave me the bug for teaching.
