A bit about Shazad A

I am a First class honours chemistry graduate with over 5 years of in school experience of teaching science. I also have experience of teaching maths. I have done 1-on-1 and group tutoring in person and online. I enjoy sports and I enjoy talking about peoples interests and making learning fun. I make Science not just something we have to do but make it something we want to do. I specialise in KS3 and GCSE science. I have taught science to a range of students from age 5-18, but I have spent most my time teaching students age 11-16 the 3 sciences (biology, chemistry, physics). I also did a maths course in university, which was part of my Chemistry degree. My lessons are Fun and Exciting and the students leave wanting more and excited for the next lesson. The aim is for students to leave the classroom with more knowledge then they came in with. Students enjoy science in my class and don't just see it as 'just another lesson'. I started teaching in secondary schools in 2016, I have done home tutoring from 2018. I also have done some online teaching and tutoring from 2020. I have mostly taught students aged 11 to 16 (year 7 to year 11) The exam boards I have worked with are AQA, OCR and EDEXCEL
