A bit about Miss Williams

I am a hardworking and confident qualified primary school teacher with a passion for Mathematics and helping others. I hold a First-Class BA (Hons) in Primary Education Studies and have recently completed my Primary PGCE at Cardiff Metropolitan University. I am organized, enthusiastic, creative and self-motivated, with an ability to work well both in a team and individually. I approach everything with a ‘can do’ attitude and aim to complete all jobs given to me to the greatest quality possible and will consistently give my all in every aspect of my career. I am passionate about constantly improving and developing my skillset in all areas and enjoy learning and practicing new things until it is mastered. I have excellent communication and administration skills and work well under pressure and thrive off constant targets to achieve. My organization, critical thinking and time management skills have been evident throughout my teaching career and training. I have excellent computer literacy skills and good attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to different software systems and applications, which is showcased through my certified apple teacher qualification. I aim to support all children I work with to strive to achieve and work towards being the best versions of themselves. I believe my passion and enthusiasm for the job is evident through my work and the opportunity to help children achieve their educational goals is one that excites and motivates me. I love making learning fun and engaging, learning through games and quizzes is one of my favourite methods! I learnt throughout my training that my passion was in teaching those students who need an extra bit of help - whether they’re behind, or ahead! Therefore after a year of supply work I began tutoring online in April 2021 and have been doing it full time ever since - I love it!
