I have always loved language - I'm fascinated by the power that it has to persuade and inform. I pursued this passion in my academic career at Durham University, reading Modern Languages & Cultures, eventually graduating with First Class (Hons.) and proceeding to complete a Master's in London in Performance Studies. My undergraduate dissertation, on Spanish Sociolinguistics, received a mark of 84% and my undergraduate translation work has been used as exemplary in academic publication.
