A bit about Sarah

I am equipped to teach primary, 11+, GCSE and A-Level French, with experience in the AQA specification. I have studied French at undergraduate level in university, and spent time living in France during my degree. Since graduating in 2021, I have been producing French resources and learning material for GCSE students. I have been working with language students since secondary school, where I provided classroom tuition to younger students during my A-Levels. I worked mostly with GCSE-level students, covering content and grammar from the AQA specification. Currently, I produce audio learning guides for GCSE French themes, teaching grammar and vocabulary for specification topics. Instead of following a rigid, structured plan, I'd like to work with you and focus on specific areas of your course where you'd like to build your skills. Discussion and practice are essential in linguistics, and I aim to provide a personal touch to your learning by identifying which areas you would like to improve on and guiding you there. Learning a language is such a practical and wonderful thing! The benefits of developing your understanding of other cultures and languages are lifelong, and with a bit of practice, give you a valuable skill for life. Languages open up so many avenues for you to have new experiences, communicate with new people, and create new memories. I would love help you open up those doors.
