I am a Primary School Teacher with nine years of classroom teaching experience. I am DBS checked. I love teaching young children, especially those in Reception to Year 4. I teach primary aged Math, English, Science, Geography and History. I am enthusiastic about teaching and learning. I encourage my students to participate in lessons by using positive praise and certificates as rewards. I plan interactive and engaging lessons tailored to my students academic level and interests. I am patient and kind, and I encourage children to have a ‘go’ at questions even if they don’t answer correctly, as making mistakes is vital for learning. I have experience teaching children with English Additional Language, and Special Educational Needs, mainly autism. I will endure to accommodate your times/days preferred.
