A bit about Shekinah S

Hello! I am an experienced English tutor with DBS, TEFL and Bachelors of Arts Degree qualifications. My aims is to always create a fun and engaging lesson environemt aimed at KS3, GCSE and A-level student (years 7-13). With an enthusiasm for poetry, Shakespeare and the study of English my target is to make sure you are confident with your learning and studying abilities to achieve your academic goals. Conversational and focused. I really enjoy spending time working through an extract with a student to develop critical analysis and evaluative skills and I also like to work through past papers from reputable exam boards to help students become confident in enhancing their reading and writing skills for exams. It's really about sharpening what you already know and becoming more confident within the study of English I believe that what ever you learn in life you should pass on to others so they can expand their own knowledge, having learnt so many skills and refining my knowledge of English Literature and Language I thought it would be useful to share this with others
