A bit about Mikaela S

I first started tutoring four years ago, on an online English teaching company called iTutorGroup. I was tutoring kids of a broad age range in a small class, of up to six students in one session. It was quite an enjoyable experience! I believe that a great connection between the tutor and the student needs to be established to achieve the desired results. When there's a good atmosphere, encouragement, and determination, great things can happen! I am registered with a talent agency in Cyprus, providing me with TV advert acting roles, which is quite interesting and fun! Also, I love to take pictures, watch good films, cook, and take care of my physical and mental health, like going to the gym, dancing, yoga and meditating. I am 25 years old, from Cyprus. I have graduated with a degree in Media and Performance BA(Hons) from Salford University. I am quite a creative person, and I have experience in the Creative Arts like Acting, Dancing and Modeling, as well as the Media part of a production. Also, I have some hospitality managing experience, where I managed Summer Villas. This job included property maintenance, bookings, payments, webpage creation, social media promotion, photography, and online customer service. In regards to teaching, I have taught English online a couple of years ago, mostly to beginners. Teaching English is something that I find very enjoyable and rewarding. I believe that having great knowledge of the English language is something essential in all aspects of life, whether it is used for traveling, new experiences, communication, entertainment, education or career opportunities.
