A bit about Arthe S

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher and have been for the past 8 years. I specialise in KS2 learning but have taught across the entire age range. I have a degree in English Literature which I have used to educate and tutor students in high school with a 100% pass rate. I tutor students in my spare time and enjoy reading for pleasure! I began tutoring when I was 18 and studying for my A Levels, I was in a strong position as I was aspiring to become a teacher and studying English Literature. I started with my first student and never looked back. It has been 10 adventurous years of 1.1 tutoring! As a teacher I specialise in the KS2 curriculum and teach all subjects, from Maths all the way through to P.E. However, my passion and interests lie in English. I achieved a 2.1 in English Literature from the university of Brunel where I studied, analysed and discussed texts from different historical periods. I earned my Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) with Masters from the UCL Institute of Education and have been teaching in schools ever since.
