10 years’ + experience Teaching & Tutoring English Literature & Language, TEFL, UCAS/Personal Statements, Essay Writing, and real experience in University Admissions & Interviews. I hold a BA (Hons) English Literature, Autism Training, and TEFL certification, and am a published author of four novels. English Literature English Language Exams - GCSEs/A Levels Essay Writing Personal Statements TEFL/TESOL 1 hour for each lesson, starting with testing skills to working on clear aims and targets. Then tailoring each lesson to work on specific targets and skills, resulting in more independent and capable students going forwards. Evaluating and providing feedback on progress to maximise development. 2011 I love English - especially English Literature, and seeing students fall in love with words the same way is very fulfilling, harnessing skills in writing, reading and analysis that benefit them for the rest of their academic and working life. Hands-on and Hands-off - so a combination of guiding your skills but also empowering you to tackle it by yourself. Fun and engaging - every lesson is tailored, and I make sure its memorable and exciting, so that you enjoy learning and soak up all the skills that help in your exams, revision and essays. BA (Hons) in English Literature TEFL Level 5 Teaching Qualification Understanding Autism Loving English Literature has been my inspiration. AQA, OCR & Edexcel, and KS1/2/3, GCSE, A-Levels to degree level English, as well as for university admissions. I love reading, writing and travelling; most of all spending time with my family (two children and my husband.) Taking students predicted with Cs to A*s. How much they enjoy the lesson!
