A bit about Catherine P

I prefer an interactive teaching style to keep my learners engaged and active rather than sitting and listening to me for the whole session. This will be done in a number of ways to make things more engaging.

I have a 120 hour accredited TEFL certification, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Qualified teacher status and a BA Honours in English Literature.

I love going for long walks with my husband, reading books and playing with my ragdoll cat, Monty.

My favourite thing is being able to give my students the time they deserve. Tutoring on a 1:1 basis means you get 100% of my attention during your session. I also love those lightbulb moments when a piece of learning suddenly clicks and makes sense for a learner.
