A bit about Azeezat

I am a PhD student with a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering. I obtained a First class in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester. I currently also work part-time in my department as a post-graduate teaching assistant. In this role, I assist with a module taught to approximately 43 master's students. I developed the marking schemes for all coursework and projects. In addition to this, I provide weekly online tutorials to the students. I also have experience being the primary chemistry teacher of an A-level student. I enjoy teaching and helping students overcome difficulties in understanding specific topics. I am mostly interested in tutoring Maths and Chemistry. These are subjects I enjoy and excel in. I achieved A*s in these subjects at GCSE and A levels. I started tutoring in 2019, at the start of my PhD. The ability to impart knowledge on others. I love breaking down topics that seem difficult or unapproachable to students to help them achieve top results.
