A bit about Elizabeth H

Passionate teacher with 20 years experience from primary to GCSE level for English, including functional skills, and maths. I focus on establishing a professional working relationship through good communication and pinpointing and working on areas for improvement. I believe in providing an excellent service for my candidates to ensure they achieve their full potential English, including functional skills, and maths are my specialism. I believe English holds the key for success for all other subjects and having a proactive tutor to guide and support students is important. I really enjoy maths and would like to share this passion with others. After an initial assessment and a honest and open discussion about what areas we need to work on together I like to plan to the students strengths and use these as much as possible to engage and improve English and maths competencies.
