A bit about Kush N

I am a 1st Year Accounting and Finance student at the University of Warwick. I have over 2 and a half years worth of tutoring experience having worked as a maths and English tutor for children aged 4-16 whilst also teaching Creative Writing, Year 4&5 11+ courses as well as GCSE maths. I first started tutoring over two and half years ago. Here I taught students from the ages of 4 to 16 teaching not only English and maths but creative writing, phonics, Year 4 and 5 11+ and GCSE maths to students who needed the support in preparation for their relevant examinations. I pride myself in making my lessons as fun and enjoyable as possible! I want all of the students I teach to be able to have fun as well and learn new skills. I also want students to be involved as much as they can. I'll ask questions to double check their understanding and try to encourage all of the students to become more confident and be fearless learners. My favourite thing about being a tutor is seeing children develop. I have worked as a tutor for a while and the best thing is seeing children who were initially quite shy come out of their shell and start to become more comfortable with me. As a result, they become more confident and start to make more progress when they become more involved in the sessions. As a tutor, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing that!
