1. With over 13 years experience in private tuition, I specialise in training/ teaching years 3 to 6 students the KS2 Curriculum and in particular focusing on salient areas to help every child I teach pass their secondary/independent secondary school selective test. 

In particular, I help students going for 8/10/11/12plus exams in the following subject areas:

- English Comprehension

- English Vocabulary -

- Antonyms & Synonyms

- English Grammar - SPAG

- Creative Writing

- Maths

- Non Verbal Reasoning

- Verbal Reasoning

- Reading

- Confidence boosters

- Public Speaking

2. I have an articulated 24/12 months programme tailored to assist students in years 4/5 prepare towards and pass all their selective test / entrance examinations to top secondary schools in the country as well as having good grades in their KS2 exams and CATS test where applicable.

The 4 major subjects I specialise in are Maths, English and Verbal/Non Verbal reasoning.

3. For year 6 SATS I tutor students in Maths and English. With the aim of ensuring the students are well-grounded in KS2 and commence introduction to year 7 basics.

4. I currently tutor over 30 students via zoom weekly, both groups and 1 to 1 sessions for school years 3 to 7.

5. At each weeks session we will be looking at the following subject areas:

and most essentially we keep parents updated thereby ensuring they also work with the children at home.

Suggestion for Year 5s - teaching minimum of 1.5 hours per session. Preferably 2 hours per session to enable teaching 2 subjects per session.
