A bit about Michael

I am a friendly and professional law graduate with experience teaching A-Level Law, Study Skills and English as a Foreign Language, which I am certified to teach. I specialise in Law, Law-related topics and English Language. I am comfortable teaching learners up to and including undergraduates. I have a long-standing interest in History and studied this at A-Level. The part of teaching Law and English that is most gratifying for me, is taking complex or topics new to the learner and tailoring lessons to give them the best chance of getting to grips with them. My greatest success teaching was when I was told by a student who had not enjoyed academics previously and lacked some confidence as a result, that I had made Law clear and easy to follow and had given her confidence to apply to University. She went on to use specific parts of my lessons in an admissions interview and got an offer.
