A bit about Katie W

My specialism is biology but I teach all science disciplines. My degree is in human biology, a great asset when teaching biology at A level. My lessons begin with some retrieval practice of previous content and then I will spend time delivering the lesson content. I then allow students to put their knowledge into practice by giving them tasks to complete, usually exam style questions. Feedback is then provided to students with model answers given as well as exam techniques. I teach all science disciplines to KS3 and KS4. I also teach A level biology and applied science. I have knowledge of both Edexcel and AQA exam boards.
