Hello. Fitness is a cardio, which you can also do with it, it is a strenght work out - you just need to find something, that you'll like. In fact, there is a lot to write here, but I will briefly list some of the advantages:
-increased physical endurance
- improved mood
- improved appearance
-improved sleep
-feeling of a fulfilled life
-weight reduction
-reducing the risk of various diseases (provided that the exercises are performed correctly)
-increasing self-esteem
- improved sex life
- slowing down the natural aging process
- neutralize the negative effects of stress
