Hi!

Factors such as physiology, height and age, gender, hormonal levels, air temperature, mood, diseases, and the level of physical activity of a person are responsible for calorie intake. Therefore, it is so important to monitor the number of calories consumed in order not to gain excess weight. To do this, they need to be counted correctly. You need to count everything, even snacks, soda and juices! People forget to count, for example, the calorie content of the cream they add to their coffee, the liter of juice they drink at lunch, and so on. All these are empty calories that do not fill us up, but can affect weight gain. So you need to be very attentive to yourself, your diet and well-being.
