The most metallic man-made element is Francium (Fr) while the most metallic natural element is Caesium (Cs).

The most metallic element in the periodic table is generally considered to be francium (Fr). Francium is an alkali metal and is extremely rare and highly radioactive, making it challenging to study and handle in practical applications. It exhibits many typical metallic properties, such as high electrical conductivity and metallic luster.

Francium because it will most readily lose its valence electron and this is the definition of metallicity.

Francium is the most metallic which is a man-made element. Cesium is the most metallic among natural elements.

Cesium- in the periodic table the more you move from left to right, elements lose metallic character. making elements in group 1 the most metallic element. As you go down a group atomic size increases and metallic character (the ease with which an element losses electron) increases. It is expected that Francium would be the most metallic element however due to the radioactive nature of its isotopes, Cs is considered as the most metallic element

Francium is the most metallic element and it belongs to group 1 on the periodic table, although it is very rare in nature.

The most metallic element is francium. However, francium is a man-made element, except for one isotope, and all isotopes are so radioactive they almost instantly decay into another element. The natural element with the highest metallic character is cesium, which is found directly above francium on the periodic table.
