Plot graph lines of each equation. The solution is where they cross. Read off the x and y values of this "intersection" point and that is the answer.

To solve simultaneous equations using graphs, first plot both graphs and then find the points where the graphs cross over, the co-ordinates of these points will be the estimated solutions to the equations.
