If you want to round up to one decimal place, you first need to look at the two numbers after the decimal dot. If the second number after the dot is less than five then you write only the first number as it is. However, if it is five or more than you round up the first number after the dot just by 0.1
Look at these three following examples:
3.1455 = 3.1
3.1555 = 3.2
3.1655 = 3.2
103.20 = 103.2
67.59 = 67.6
29.333 = 29.3
11.111 = 11.1
