To draw a histogram for a set of data, the data are first arranged from the lowest to the highest values. Then, the data are grouped in terms of ranges. Therefter, frequencies (numbers of times of appearance in the data set) of data in each range are determined.
Finally, the ranges are plotted against the frequencies.
