First convert the mixed number into an improper fraction. Multiply 2x3 = 6, then 6+1 = 7 and keep the denominator the same. You improper fraction is now 7/2. For 2/4 divided by 2 1/2 you use KCF (Keep Change Flip). Keep the first fraction, change the sign to multiply (x) then flip the second fraction (7/2)
2/4 x 2/7 = 4/28 = 1/7
