1.8 X 10 = 18.

Multiplying 1.8 and 10 gives 18

When you multiply by 10, move all the digits one place to the left, putting a zero in the empty space. 1.8 × 10 = 18.

When multiplying by 10 move the decimal point, one place to the right. 1.8*10=18
