You may be marked down for sentence structure, yes. It’s important to write cohesively so your work can be understood and you can get the maximum points for your ideas! If you are concerned about your handwriting, it may be worth speaking to your teachers about this, as they may be able to help more.

Yes. The examiners often have to mark hundreds of students work, if they can't read it and it is illegible, you will get marked down.
A variety of types of sentences are part of what the examiner is grading you on. As is your grammar, so watch that the tenses match and you don't switch from 1st to 3rd person in the written document.

Handwriting needs to be clear and legible for examiners to clearly understand your writing. Sentence structure is even more important for clarity of understanding and cohesion of your argument. So allow time to review your writing to ensure this at the end. However, depending on the subject will depend on the significance. For instance, it is most important in English Language, and may be less so in other subjects if you have strong subject knowledge, have answered the question clearly and have a well set out argument.

You will not be marked down for your handwriting as long as what you are saying is eligible for the person marking your exams. For most exams with essays, grammar and sentence structure is important as it shows how well your writing skills are.

You won’t be marked down for handwriting but you also do need to make sure that your handwriting is clear for examiners to read.
Having a sentence structure will gain you more marks as it means examiners can easily navigate through your writing and pick out important points.

You will not be marked down for poor handwriting.
You will be marked down for poor sentence structure, but this only makes up a section of your marks. You get marks for your content (what you write about) and your writing accuracy (spelling, sentence structure and grammar etc.).

Your handwriting will not lose you any marks (though it makes it harder for your examiner!) You will need to ensure your sentence structures are varied and accurate to gain the higher marks.

Yes, they might not understand your writing. It's important to be very clear both in style and content.
Hi Jameson, no you will not be marked down for poor handwriting or spelling in an exam. If your sentence structure is poor then it maybe that your answer isn't as clear as it could be and therefore you may miss out on some marks. In addition, if your handwriting is poor it may be difficult for the examiner to read your answer and make sense of all that you are saying. So, again you may miss out on some marks but you will not be marked down specifically for poor handwriting or sentence structure.
You wouldn't necessarily get marked down for poor handwriting. The examiners look for consistent fluency, sentence and paragraph structure.
Yes, if the handwriting is so poor, it is possible.
