First divide 1 by 4 which is 0.25. To turn a decimal into a percentage multiply by 100 and then add a percent sign. 0.25 x 100 is 25%.

Divide 1

=

0.25

Now a percent, to convert decimals to percents multiply them by 100 and add the percent sign:

0.25
