First divide 80 by 100. The answer is 0.8. Multiply that by 75 which equals 60!

75% of 80 is the same as calculating:
75/100 x 80 which equals
3/4 x 80 which equals
3 x 20 which equals
60 (Answer!)

We can cross multiply to get
3 x 20 = 60
