What is e-commerce?: Any transaction that takes place through the internet.
What is m-commerce?: Any business transaction that takes place through a mobile device such as a phone or tablet.
What is inflation?: The rise in the price of goods and services.
What is legislation?: Laws made by the government, e.g. a rise in the minimum wage increases a business's costs.
