What are the steps to structure a 9-mark 'justify' answer?

1. Analyse option 1 using the information given: a loan gives certain funds but interest must be paid.
2. Analyse option 2 the same way: crowdfunding avoids interest but may not raise enough.
3. Recommend one option and justify the choice with evidence from the information.
